Overview

National System (NS) believes that capacity development programs, both at employee and management levels, are central to effective planning efforts. Capacity building and skills development of employees are key elements in the implementation of the successful business strategy.

NS believes that developing employees' capacity to lead effective planning efforts can be challenging. What used to be effective in inspiring and developing employees, even just five years ago, may no longer work. The lack of time in managers' daily schedules makes it difficult for them to focus their efforts on finding programs that can enhance the trust and organizational capacity of their employees.

At National System, we provided for our employees a number of training opportunities and graduate program that greatly impacted our performance. Hitherto, we funded MBA degrees, Axelos Prince2@ Project Management certifications and Axelos ITIL certifications.

Recently, National System has partnered with academic institutions and Axelos (UK) consulting company to organize "capacity building and skills development" programs for employees in public and private institutions. The programs utilize effective techniques and practices to inspire and improve employee skills and capabilities.

The programs are a series of training workshops that focus on employees who require further development in project management and human resources skills.

Our training workshop programs are in the following areas:

  • ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning)
  • Project management (Axelos Prince2)

  • Goals and objectives

    The main objective of the training workshops is to build and strengthen the technical capacity of the employees on key issues such as knowledge, improve job-related skills and develop proper job-related attitudes.
