The training workshops sessions are conducted by distinguished trainers who are committed to delivering the core knowledge of HR and project management field and award accredited certificates to participants. The training workshops are foreseen to follow three paths of training: HR Management (HRM), HR management systems (ERP: Enterprise Resource Management) and Axelos Prince2® project management.

The opening session will set the stage for presenting the context of HR and project management applications, tools and their objectives. It will Also highlight the latest tools and techniques used for leading organizational change.
Each of the following sessions of the training workshop will be driven by the themes covered in the selected Path.
The closing session (seminar) will be hosted by an HR expert (SME) invited by National System. The invited professional will share market experiences and best practices with participants.
